Fixed Price Heritage Statements offer fixed price heritage statements to simplify the overcomplicated (and often overcharged) heritage property planning process.

If you are contemplating work to your listed building, an extension to a building in a conservation area or development within the setting of a ‘heritage asset', you will need to make either a listed building consent or planning application, or both. These applications will need to be accompanied by a "Heritage Statement", sometimes referred to as a "Heritage Impact Statement" or "Heritage Assessment" and will not be validated by your local planning department without one.
